It is your right in the state of Michigan to choose the auto glass replacement shop that performs your auto glass replacement or windshield repair. Many glass shops have signed up to offer select insurance companies special pricing for their client's auto glass replacements and windshield repair needs.
These “approved” glass shops get preferential treatment from the insurance companies when it comes to dispatching insurance work or referrals from the client’s insurance agent. To offer this special pricing (and stay in business) these “approved” glass shops cut corners to lower their cost for your replacement.
Watch Out for Scare Tactics
You may be told by your insurance company or even your agent that the shop you selected for your auto glass service is “not approved” and that you may be responsible for the balance of your invoice if you have this unapproved shop perform your service. G & G Glass Inc never charges any additional costs or extra fees and provides a warranty on all work performed. Michigan’s Right to Choose Law expressly prohibits this tactic and continues to state that your insurance company cannot steer you to a particular shop for any reason.

Limited Warranty
G & G Glass Inc warrants against defects in materials and workmanship if the problem has not been caused by a defect in the vehicle or by corrosion on pinch weld. We provide warranties on any water leaks or stress cracks caused by the installation of glass. All warranty work must be performed by G & G Glass Inc.
